Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Assistant to provide comprehensive HR support and strong administrative assistance. This role involves managing HR tracking systems, attendance reporting, and recruitment processes. The successful candidate will also support additional sites, review timecards, and assist with new hire enrollments and orientations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily HR and administrative tasks.
- Track HR metrics and prepare attendance reports.
- Coordinate interview schedules and assist with recruitment processes.
- Support additional sites until an HR Manager is hired.
- Utilize HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UKG, or ADP for data entry and reporting.
- Assist with new hire orientations and benefit enrollments.
- Conduct and track I9 documentations and performance reviews.
- Support engineering by printing blueprints and manuals, which may take one to two hours daily.
Essential Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- At least 1 year of experience in HR
- Data entry
- Onboarding experience
- Customer service
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in administrative roles is highly valued.
- No degree required if possessing relevant work experience.
- Comfortable using various systems, including Excel.
Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite, located in the engineering office wing of a manufacturing facility. The environment is fast-paced and involves collaboration with both HR and Engineering teams. Professionalism and confidentiality are crucial as you will be representing HR. While the role starts as a strict contract, there is potential for approval for a permanent position based on the value you bring.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $25.00/hr.
