Wage Range:
$73,800.00-$85,000.00/Annually (Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Salary may be adjusted depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Estimator ensures the Safety of those we work with and around, the Qualify of the services we provide and the realization of our Profitability goals as it specifically relates to all aspects of the revenue acquisition side of our construction division, including business development, sales, estimating and engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safety management to ensure ZERO INCIDENTS within all areas of responsibility
- Ensure adherence by department and personnel to Company Core Values
- Adherence to company processes
- Documentation
- Quality control
- Prepare estimates as required to secure work and guide system selection.
- Prepared detailed scope letter proposals as required
- Attend site walk-thru meetings as required
- Attend design/preconstruction meetings as required.
- Attend and/or lead estimate review meetings as required.
- Attend and/or lead project turnover meetings as required.
- Review project contract scope provisions prior to signature as required
- Develop an understanding of construction job costs
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Participate the in the project interview process as required.
- Attend customer engagement opportunities as required
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High integrity and ethics
- Relevant college degree and/or min 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to adapt to change, make decisions and solve problems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
