About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Sales Manager to support and expand our business-to-business (B2B) sales of aluminum and brass molded products. The ideal candidate will work with an established book of business while proactively identifying new opportunities, particularly within municipalities and related sectors. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn the foundry industry and grow with a long-standing manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B customers in the aluminum and brass molded products space.
- Conduct daily outbound sales activities, including 10–20 calls per day to identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities.
- Engage municipalities to understand their needs, procurement processes, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients while expanding awareness of our capabilities and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement, manufacturing, and order fulfillment activities as needed.
- Prepare and deliver quotes, product information, and customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry training and continuous learning to build a strong understanding of foundry processes and products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (technical or non-technical), preferably in B2B environments.
- Experience selling to municipalities or industrial clients is a plus.
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort with daily outbound outreach.
- Ability to learn technical product details and apply them in customer conversations.
- Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and manufacturing teams.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to long-term growth within the company.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
