About the Role:

The IOP/PHP therapist provides clinical services primarily in a group setting in person. Responsibilities will include maintaining a caseload of clients in IOP/PHP, providing individual therapy, completing all appropriate documentation, treatment planning, coordinating aftercare services, and providing case management services throughout the client's treatment episode.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of IOP/PHP clients
• Provide individual therapy
• Facilitate group sessions in person
• Complete all documentation and treatment planning
• Coordinate aftercare services
• Provide case management support throughout treatment

Requirements:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field
• Licensed LSW, LMHC-A
• This position requires the ability to conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish
• One to three years of experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting serving culturally diverse populations
• Strong clinical assessment skills and working knowledge of the DSM-5
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong customer relation skills
• Experience conducting group therapy in mental health and/or addiction preferred
