We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through various channels. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

Duties

  • Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
  • Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide customers with tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Skills

  • Strong territory management skills to effectively oversee assigned regions.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with inside and outside sales techniques, including cold calling strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
