Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing and industrial maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electrical systems across various production lines and facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of our electrical infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage circuits, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Install, test, calibrate, and maintain sensors, vision inspection systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), and other automation equipment.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, AutoCAD drawings, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical components such as motors, sensors, calibration devices, CNC machinery, and calibration instruments.
  • Conduct field service activities at manufacturing sites or customer locations to support equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments like ohmmeters and multimeters to verify system integrity and diagnose faults accurately.
  • Support mechanical systems knowledge to coordinate with mechanical technicians on integrated system repairs involving hydraulics or mechanical components.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and safety protocols aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on projects involving E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) upgrades or modifications using AutoCAD or similar design tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical information clearly to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including reports on repairs, calibrations, inspections, and system modifications.
