We are expanding quickly and seeking a Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand, amplify our products, and help drive the next phase of Atlas' growth.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead corporate marketing initiatives, support product marketing across all experiential programs, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy. This role requires a strategic marketer who can balance creativity with execution, manage multiple projects at once, and evolve the Atlas brand across digital, experiential, and B2B channels.
You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, design, and event operations to bring high-impact promotions and activations to market.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Marketing
- Develop and execute annual corporate marketing plans aligned with company growth goals
- Strengthen the Atlas brand identity, voice, and positioning across all channels
- Manage corporate website content, social media presence, and PR opportunities
- Produce thought-leadership, case studies, and industry-facing materials for conferences and events
Product & Program Marketing
- Support marketing for experiential prize events, live game shows, and retailer activations
- Create marketing toolkits, sales decks, event overviews, and promotional assets for new programs
- Partner with creative teams to develop visuals, video content, and digital advertising
- Track performance and provide data insights for continuous improvement
Growth & Sales Enablement
- Partner with Sales to develop compelling proposals, pitch decks, and partner communications
- Support go-to-market strategy for new experiential concepts, licensed promotions, and brand partnerships
- Collaborate on email campaigns, webinar strategies, and trade show presence
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to inform future opportunities
Project & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with event operations to ensure marketing aligns with on-site execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor needs for marketing projects
- Maintain brand and creative consistency across all deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in experiential, entertainment, travel, promotions, or consumer brand sectors
- Strong background in digital marketing, campaign creation, and brand management
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation development skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling, content creation, and collaboration.
- Basic understanding of CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, creative, and operations teams
- Strong understanding of B2B or B2B2C marketing preferred
- Bonus: Experience with lotteries, sports partnerships, entertainment marketing, or licensed IP
