HVAC Maintenance Technician

Location: Monroe, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour and up, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Install and service HVAC units as required
• Diagnose issues and explain recommendations to customers clearly and professionally
• Participate in a rotating bi-weekly on-call schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation of service visits

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and installation
• Valid EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License (DL)
• Reliable personal vehicle with liability insurance (pickup truck preferred)
• Must supply own basic hand tools
• Willingness to work a bi-weekly on-call rotation
