Service Representative

Mighty Distributing, a Tom Wood Company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Representative

We're looking for a dependable, service-oriented individual to join our wholesale parts operation. In this role, you'll be the friendly, trusted face our customers count on and a key part of our warehouse and delivery workflow.

What You'll Do:  

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service  

• Build strong, positive relationships with wholesale customers. 
• Provide helpful communication and represent the company with professionalism during every interaction. 

Assist With Order Delivery & Transportation  

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver to customers on assigned routes. 
• Load and unload parts carefully, ensuring order accuracy and preventing damage. 
• Complete delivery documentation and follow all driving and safety procedures. 

Support Warehouse Operations  

• Pick, pack, and stage parts orders for delivery. 
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory when needed. 
• Help maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized warehouse environment. 

Maintain Vehicle Safety & Care  

• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections. 
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly. 

What Makes You a Great Fit:  

• You're reliable, punctual, and take pride in delivering great service. 
• You enjoy working with customers and solving problems on the go.
• You're comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying active throughout the day.
• You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
• Experience in delivery, warehouse work, or automotive parts is a bonus—but we're happy to train the right person.
