Our Case Managers are the heart of our operation. You'll support clients through stressful tax situations, navigate IRS processes, and make sure every case moves forward smoothly. Your expertise helps families regain stability—and your work directly shapes their outcome.

To ensure success on day one, candidates must have at least 1 year of TRUE Tax Resolution Case Management experience. This ensures you can:

• Take on active files immediately
• Understand IRS programs, timelines, and compliance requirements
• Ramp up quickly with minimal hand-holding
• Support the team without slowing production
• Reduce errors and keep cases moving efficiently

• Manage a full pipeline of client cases from onboarding to resolution
• Provide clear, consistent updates and build strong relationships with clients
• Work side-by-side with enrolled agents and the compliance team
• Review documents, maintain accurate case notes, and track deadlines
• Drive cases toward monthly progress and resolution goals
• Keep clients calm, informed, and confident through every step
