    across major operators, including
    hyperscalers, colocation providers, and OEMs.
  • Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with
specifying engineers, EPCs, integrators, and key data center operators
    (think Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, Google).
  • Lead customer discovery, deliver compelling technical demos, and articulate clear
    ROI presentations
    to secure adoption.
  • Act as the
    voice of the customer
, providing critical field feedback to Product Management to guide the roadmap for data center applications.

Technical Expertise & Sales Enablement

    primary technical expert
for electrical safety and condition-based monitoring solutions during the sales cycle.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into practical
system configurations, application drawings, and integration specifications.
  • Support the creation of key
    reference architectures
for power distribution equipment (PDUs, RPPs, switchgear).

Channel & Partnership Engagement

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, distributors, and rep firms to
drive project specifications and close significant opportunities.
  • Lead training, joint customer calls, and support system integrators and OEM partners.

What You'll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

  • Experience:
    3–8 years in a
technical sales, application engineering, or field engineering
role focused on data centers, power distribution, or industrial automation.
  • Technical Foundation:
    Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology,
or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Critical Power Mastery:
    Deep working knowledge of
switchgear, PDUs, MCCs, and relevant electrical safety standards
    (NFPA 70E/70B, UL, NEC).
  • Data Center Focus (Preferred):
    Experience working directly with
    hyperscale or colocation
    data center environments.
  • Communication:
Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively
bridge complex engineering requirements with clear business value.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel
    up to 40%
to meet customers and support partners.

Why Join Us?

  • Mission-Driven:
Join a fast-growing industrial technology company on a mission to redefine
    zero downtime and zero harm
through predictive maintenance and electrical safety.
  • Impact:
    Work with a
    founder-led, high-velocity team
that is building the "accelerated maintenance stack" for the connected industrial world.
  • Measurable Success:
Your performance will be directly tied to
    specification wins
at major data center customers and the
    pipeline growth
    you generate.
