JOB TITLE: Assistant Dispensary Manager
AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:
Reports directly to the Dispensary Manager Oversees Shift Supervisor(s), Budtenders, Inventory Specialists, Dispensary Entry Agents and Dispensary Entry Agent Team Lead JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Store Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dispensary Maintain store compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Assist the Dispensary Manager with various reports Oversee the sales process Inspire, motivate, supervise, and direct staff Monitor and maintain inventory levels in coordination with the Inventory team and keep track of products that have expired Manage financial records and daily cash handling procedures during shift Maintain a clean and organized store Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team Other duties and special projects as assigned Sales and Customer Service
Provide and inspire retail staff to deliver best-in-class customer service Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge Lead staff to exceed goals set forth by the Vice President of Retail Operations Review all customer feedback, requests, and concerns and provide resolution QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related experience preferred 2-3 years of experience in a management environment required Cannabis experience preferred Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail Organizational and time management skills required ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 21 years of age Possess valid driver's license or state ID Must pass all required background checks Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance) This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time - Seekonk, Massachusetts, United States
