Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for each customer. Your role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring that every interaction reflects our core values of reliability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding garage door services, inquiries, and concerns.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and warranties.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting minor issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technician.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, working towards resolutions that maintain customer satisfaction.
• Process service orders, payments, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technicians and field staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in the home services or trades industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Basic knowledge of garage doors and related equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
