Tax Manager/Senior Manager
to join its leadership team. This is an exceptional role for a seasoned tax professional who wants to step into a strategic position, work directly with a progressive, forward‑thinking owner, and help guide both client relationships and firm operations.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with the firm's owner on client management, workflow planning, and overall firm leadership.
• Review and sign a wide range of tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high‑quality client service.
• Prepare complex individual, partnership, corporate, and trust returns as needed.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering proactive tax guidance.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
• Help shape firm processes, technology adoption, and strategic initiatives alongside a modern, innovative owner.
