Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive
  end-to-end 3DEXPERIENCE solution architecture
  , including system integration with PLM, CAD, BOM, and ERP ecosystems.
• Design scalable and modular solutions that align with business needs and platform best practices.
• Lead
  data architecture and modeling
  efforts leveraging
  3DX Data Model, EKL scripting
  , and
  Java Microservices
  .
• Oversee technical execution across multiple workstreams — ensuring quality, consistency, and maintainability.
• Provide
  technical leadership
  for development teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements, create technical roadmaps, and manage risk.
• Develop
  Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
  to validate design assumptions and de-risk solution approaches.
• Support
  platform strategy
  ,
  configuration management
  , and
  governance models
  for enterprise deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 10+ years
  of hands-on experience in
  PLM / 3DEXPERIENCE architecture and integration
  .
• Proven expertise in
  3DX Data Model, EKL scripting, BOM, and structure management
  .
• Strong understanding of
  Product Configuration, Program Management
  , and
  Configuration Management (Technical)
  .
• Proficiency in
  Java
  and
  Microservices architecture
  for custom integrations and extensions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $130K Annual

Pay Range Maximum: $170K Annual

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
