We are seeking a dedicated and passionate cook, dishwasher to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met. You will play a crucial part in creating a fine dining experience through your knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries.
• Assist in menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.
• Prepare and cook food items as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
• Handle food safely and efficiently, following all health regulations.
• Utilize knife skills for food preparation tasks as required.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing support in both serving and food preparation.

Experience

• Previous experience in the dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
• Fine dining experience is a plus, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
• Background in the food industry with knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation is essential.
• Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required.
