Digital Solutions Architect
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Solutions Architect to design and deliver digital solutions that enable our digital transformation journey. This role will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to architect scalable, secure, and forward-looking solutions that drive operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and support organizational growth. The Digital Solutions Architect will report directly to the Director, Digital Evolution.
The Qualifications We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, integration patterns, and enterprise middleware.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern application frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Background in Agile and design thinking methodologies Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, or similar preferred.

Solution Design & Architecture
- Design, end-to-end AI and digital architecture, including data pipelines, ML models, APIs, and integration layers.
- Develop reference architectures, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy, architecture principles, and compliance frameworks.
Innovation & Emerging Technology
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, cloud-native, , blockchain, etc.) for business applicability.
- Pilot and recommend innovative digital solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Support the Director, Digital Evolution in building a culture of innovation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing applications and infrastructure.
- Support PoC initiatives and guide pilots into production
- Act as a trusted advisor for digital capabilities across the enterprise.
Governance & Standards
- Establish best practices for solution architecture, design documentation, and system interoperability.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums.
Delivery Support
- Provide architectural oversight during project execution to ensure solutions are implemented as designed.
- Guide developers, engineers, and external partners in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex architectural issues and ensure scalability and performance.
