Your day-to-day:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment across multiple disciplines
- Oversee fabrication of repair parts and custom tooling
- Plan and schedule maintenance work to avoid production delays
- Lead installation and relocation of machinery
- Estimate labor and material costs for maintenance projects
- Enforce safety, support your team, and maintain high morale

Qualifications- Strong knowledge across all areas of plant and equipment maintenance, including production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blowers, exhaust systems, plumbing, power supply, and air compressors
- Solid understanding of supervisory and leadership principles, with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage work assignments while effectively addressing personnel issues
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional trade, technical, or college-level studies strongly valued
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in equipment maintenance supervision, with proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear direction, collaboration, and reporting
