Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Data Analyst to join our mission-driven team, empowering data-supported decision-making by transforming complex market/competitor data from various sources into actional insights. You'll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge data solutions, build and refine our data warehouse, and champion data governance best practices across the home appliance sales organization. The incumbent will partner closely with business stakeholders and product, pricing, and operation counterparts to prioritize and execute on work, improve reporting, as well as drive results and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Clean, transform, and prepare data from different sources for analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and create effective data models
  •  Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth, profit increase, and process improvements
  •  Develop predictive models to simulate strategies for better decision making
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and interactive reports that provide actionable insights to sales and leadership
  •  Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders
  •  Work closely with infrastructure operations, A&I and data stewards across the organization, to ensure smooth data flows and troubleshoot data-related issues

  Job Requirements     

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, industrial engineering, or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics
  • English/Korean fluency is required
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in database engineering
  • Experience with some or all of the following technologies to build analysis and drive insights from data:
  • One ore more programming languages (Python, Java, and etc.)
  • Large Language Models
  • Database: Oracle (PL/SQL), Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Reporting tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Excel
  • Must possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and proposing solutions. 
  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus
Recruiting Range $60,000—$85,000 USD
