  • Serve as a gatekeeper for SharePoint and Atlassian instances, ensuring reliable operations, content quality, and effective processes and workflows
  • Design and implement workflows, standards, and processes that translate business requirements into scalable solutions within SharePoint and Atlassian
  • Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc metric and KPI reports to help management and business teams measure system performance and usage
  • Develop training materials and lead ongoing training sessions, mentoring and supporting users to improve adoption, navigation, and effective use of the tools
  • Collaborate with business and IT partners to evaluate potential integrations and new functionality, coordinating testing and rollout of updates and enhancements
  • Manage special operational assignments including project coordination, reporting, and training-related initiatives

Requirements

  • Must be based within daily commuting distance of Irvine, California, with the ability to work onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid model
  • At least 2 years of professional experience working with Microsoft SharePoint in site building and/or administration
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Functional Systems Administrator, Configuration Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, Consultant, or Trainer

  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer or internal stakeholder projects, including managing timelines, priorities, and personal workload
  • Experience creating and delivering training or enablement materials for technical or collaboration systems, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience administering Atlassian products, primarily Jira and/or Confluence
  • Experience using tool APIs (e.g., Slack API, Jira API) to build or support custom integrations
  • Experience designing workflows or digital asset management solutions using SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
  • Experience generating and maintaining KPI or performance reports from SharePoint, Jira, or similar systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about workflow and process improvements
