Are you a licensed nurse looking to lead, inspire, and make a real impact in long-term care? We're seeking an RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations, guide nursing staff, and deliver high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.

In this leadership role, you'll coordinate and evaluate resident care, mentor licensed and non-licensed staff, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and quality standards. You'll play a key role in care planning, admissions, clinical documentation, infection control, and quality improvement—while advocating for resident dignity, safety, and choice.

• Coordinating and evaluating resident care
• Mentoring licensed and non-licensed staff

• Active RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
• Passion for resident-centered care, including dementia care
• Experience or interest in long-term care or skilled nursing
