RxGPT seeks a hands-on Project Manager to own technical project planning, agile sprint execution, and tool-driven delivery for our AI healthcare platform scaling to US dominance. This role plans end-to-end projects—from agentic AI workflows on GCP to hospital pilots—ensuring on-time launches with 38% admin savings and 0% churn traction. Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans for technical initiatives (e.g., GCP/Vertex AI integrations, HIPAA-compliant RAG pipelines, EHR-agnostic deployments) using ClickUp, Asana, or Jira for agile sprints, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and cross-functional execution with engineering, product, and sales teams to hit $75M pipeline timelines and 10-12 week hospital go-lives.
• Track risks, dependencies, and KPIs (velocity, burndown, ROI); optimize workflows for remote-first agility while reporting progress to CEO/board via dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical project management for AI/SaaS startups, with proven agile expertise (Scrum/Kanban) in ClickUp, Asana, or Jira; Silicon Valley healthtech experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of GCP infrastructure, agentic AI stacks, and healthcare regs (HIPAA); track record delivering enterprise pilots with distributed teams.
• Bay Area-based or US-aligned (remote PST flexible); PMP/CSPO certified; excels in fast-paced environments with serial founder reporting.

Compensation Structure

Prior to funding, equity-based (ESOP) position. Post-Series A, full-time OTE $200K-$300K ($140K-$180K base + performance bonuses), milestone incentives, family health/401(k)/unlimited PTO/remote stipend.
