The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing outpatient mental health counseling, adolescent services, and housing services for women and children. ABOUT THE ROLEThis role requires initiative, follow-through, and a consistently positive, hopeful attitude. You will be trusted to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, respond with urgency, and take ownership of outcomes. The ideal candidate understands that their work directly impacts client access to care, clinician productivity, and the overall effectiveness of the agency.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, clients, families, vendors, and community partners
- Receive and process all incoming client referrals with urgency and accuracy
- Answer all incoming phone calls professionally, warmly, and clearly
- Check voicemails regularly and return calls to schedule intakes within 24 hours of referral submission
- Prioritize phone responsiveness and appointment scheduling at all times
- Enter all new client information accurately into CRM and EHR systems
- Confidently explain Center programs and services with an attitude of hope and belief in healing
- Match clients to clinicians based on client preferences and clinician specialization
- Provide clients and families with up-to-date information on community resources and services
- Maintain familiarity with and proper use of the Center's Resource Database
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager
- Complete additional administrative duties as assigned to support agency goals
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health, social work, or healthcare environment
- Minimum of two (2) years of front office and healthcare scheduling experience (required)
- Warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently toward goals
- Consistently hopeful, solution-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to interact compassionately and professionally with individuals in distress
- Willingness and ability to meet weekly, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
