Duties
- Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to prospective automotive clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential business partners through effective communication and customer service
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Present and demonstrate technology solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical sales aspects
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to identify new opportunities for growth
- Support inside sales activities by qualifying inbound inquiries and converting leads into active clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales within the automotive or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, and marketing strategies
- Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge related to automotive solutions or technology products
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and lead generation
- Prior experience in CRM software utilization and data management is preferred
