What You'll Do:

• Install custom awnings and shade structures
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Work at heights on ladders and lifts
• Read measurements and follow layout plans
• Represent the company with professionalism on job sites

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working outdoors in different weather
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Experience in construction or installation is a plus, but we'll train the right person
• Must have a valid driver's license

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday work) with growth potential
