Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR practices and experience with payroll processing. This role will support various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, source, and identify talent for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews for managers.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and networking recruitment events.
  • Conduct background checks and employment history verifications.
  • Manage the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand and meet hiring needs.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with assigned business units to address HR concerns.
  • Provide HR guidance to management and employees on various issues, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies in partnership with the HR team.
  • Handle and resolve complex employee relations matters and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Ensure legal compliance in managing employees, partnering with the legal department as needed.
  • Advise management on performance management practices, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by improving work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention.
  • Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Support business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify and address training needs for employees and ensure training objectives are achieved.
  • Perform other related HR duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent time management.
  • Knowledge of performance management best practices.
  • Understanding of employment laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Payroll: 3 years (Required)
  • Human Resources: 3 years (Required)
