About the Role

As a Product Software Engineer focused on AI, you'll work across our full stack-from multimodal AI agents to production APIs to user-facing interfaces. This is an opportunity to build at the intersection of classical software engineering and cutting-edge AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Enhance real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents for voice/video interactions with field technicians.
• Build an AI agent that can be added to text group chats and act off messages coming in from various parties, including building an arsenal of configurable tools for the customer to power the agent.
• Create production-grade APIs and frontend (React / React Native) interfaces for a new bottoms up OS for the trades.
• Develop intelligent data retrieval tools with graph databases, vector similarity search, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for appliance diagnostics.

Qualifications

AI experience: Experience with LLMs, agents, ML systems, or AI applications. But also, with classical full-stack experience.

Required Skills

• Strong programming fundamentals in TypeScript and Python.
• Excitement about building production systems that solve real problems.
• Curiosity about how AI can augment human expertise (not replace it).
• Future founder, someone with entrepreneurial drive that wants experience at the ground floor.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Python, Voice AI frameworks, Google Gemini Multimodal Live, RAG systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI tool integration, React Native, Fastify, FastAPI, FastMCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP deployment, Observability with Prometheus/Grafana.
