BCBA-Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Behavior Services of Western Massachusetts provides in home ABA services for children and adolescents over the age of three. We are looking for Full time or Per Diem BCBAs in the Greater Springfield area to supervise, provide training to Behavior Technicians, attend care meetings, perform assessments and update/write programs. Per Diem hours are mainly in the afternoons and the majority of sessions occur in the client's homes. Some Telehealth services are also available.

Requirements: Must have experience in supervision of staff, working in the home, a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and current BCBA certification.

Full Time BCBA $90,000 annually to start

Per Diem $75 per hour
