Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in New York, NY. The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it runs efficiently and successfully. Primary responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, managing customer service to deliver exceptional experiences, overseeing retail inventory and loss prevention measures, and maintaining store performance to meet business goals. The Store Manager is also tasked with fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for partners and customers alike, while upholding Starbucks' mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create positive customer experiences and address inquiries effectively
  • Effective Communication abilities to engage with team members and customers professionally and clearly
  • Experience in Store Management, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage daily operations
  • Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to maintain inventory control and minimize losses
  • Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities for handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in retail management and food and beverage service is an advantage
