Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal events, with a strong focus on venue operations and ensuring rooms are properly prepared and functioning.
- Partner closely with the Event Planning team to support event objectives and translate plans into room setups, timing, and logistical execution.
- Oversee room readiness—including lighting, layout, seating, A/V, staging, and back-of-house logistics—to ensure spaces meet event requirements and corporate standards.
- Assess event needs to confirm room size, configuration, and amenities align with business requirements, compliance guidelines, and guest expectations.
- Coordinate with internal Catering, Facilities, IT/AV Support, and Security teams to ensure seamless delivery of food & beverage service, technical support, and onsite logistics.
- Serve as an operational point of contact during events, ensuring timelines remain on track and addressing issues proactively.
- Monitor events in real time and make necessary adjustments to room setups, timing, or resources to maintain smooth execution.
- Maintain a strong service focus while supporting internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and external visitors.
- Track space utilization and assist with reports that inform room management and resource planning.
- Uphold corporate standards, branding requirements, and safety protocols throughout all events.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and provide light administrative support for reporting and follow-up (role is operational, not heavily administrative).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of experience in corporate events, hospitality services, or venue operations within a large or complex organization.
- Preferred knowledge of EMS or similar scheduling platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of food & beverage coordination, room setup standards, and operational best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.
