The Opportunity

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Engineer to join our team.

The Senior Environmental Engineer will also be responsible for:

  • Coordination of multiple groups at Williams and our vendors
  • Lead the installation and commissioning of capital equipment
  • Coordination with local environmental agencies via audits, permitting, and hazardous waste management
  • Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Working closely with project leadership and other functional groups to maintain schedule and budget
  • Utilization of MS Project to track and manage project status
  • Other technical, physical, and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering is required
  • The position requires 4 years of relevant environmental experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment
  • In-depth understanding of environmental requirements; construction or manufacturing prior experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to use AutoCAD for generation of plant layouts; experience with Revit & Bluebeam Revu is a plus
  • To be able to read and interpret building drawings and environmental regulations at an advanced level
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Project including the creation and maintenance of project schedules
  • The qualified candidate must have an interest in working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
  • Highly motivated and organized individual who is able to function independently as well as on a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
  • U. S. Citizenship is required
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed. Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S.
