Change and Communications Manager – IEGP Implementation

Our client is a global pharmaceutical organization implementing an optimized Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) process. The rollout includes updated processes, templates, governance frameworks, and a comprehensive playbook to be deployed across multiple internal teams.
This phase requires strong change management and communication leadership to drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainment of the new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change and communication plan, including roadshows and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Craft key messaging to articulate benefits, clarify roles, and reinforce adoption of the new process.
- Deliver targeted training and briefing sessions for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate enablement activities such as office hours and support sessions to resolve early adoption challenges.
- Track engagement and feedback to continuously improve adoption strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience in change management and communications within pharma or life sciences organizations.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and driving adoption of new processes.
- Excellent communicator with a proven ability to simplify complex changes and lead workshops or training sessions.
- Strong project management and facilitation skills.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: ~20 weeks total
Time Commitment: ~50% through week 16, tapering to ~10 hrs/week for final 4 weeks
Location: Remote, in the U.S.
Expected rate: $90 - $120 per hour
