Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing program development and implementation, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Program Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate meetings, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program development initiatives by applying change management principles and methodologies.
  • Supervise team members and coordinate project activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies for effective program design and implementation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement within programs.
  • Manage project portfolios, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather requirements, discuss project status, and resolve conflicts.
  • Employ project management software such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress.
  • Develop business process models and process maps to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implement quality management practices to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
  • Oversee risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors for effective vendor management and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management or project coordination with a focus on IT infrastructure or product development.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, SAFe, Kanban, and earned value management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Redmine, or ServiceNow for effective project tracking.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and analysis; experience with SAS or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in technical writing and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46, $56,000.43 per year
