Marketing Coordinator

Rezvani Property Group is growing again and we're looking for a creative, organized, content-loving Marketing Coordinator to help us tell the story of living, buying, and investing in the NC High Country. This role sits at the heart of our brand…elevating our marketing, strengthening our client experience, and supporting our top-producing team behind the scenes.

This isn't a buttoned-up corporate role. This is a fast-moving, highly creative, deeply local, team-of-women-who-get-stuff-done kind of role.

Day-to-day looks like:

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Assisting with events, client experience and day-to-day logistics
• Managing the RPG content calendar
• Creating Reels, stories, TikToks, and photo carousels
• Writing captions in our voice (casual + local + smart + funny)
• Gathering & editing photo/video content from listings & events
• Designing graphics, posts, flyers, email blasts, etc.
• Updating templates, branding assets, and marketing materials
• Creating and managing ad campaigns
• Helping plan + execute client events (yes, they're fun)
• Occasionally filming us doing something ridiculous (sorry in advance)
• Scheduling & publishing to Instagram, TikTok, FB, YouTube Shorts
• Tracking engagement and insights — and knowing what worked

Requirements. Must have experience with:

• Google Ads / Google Analytics
• Meta Ads Manager
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or Premiere editing
• CRM platforms (Command, KW Tech, or similar)
• Email marketing platforms
• Short-form video creation
• Photography or basic videography
• Brand development
• Social media trend awareness & strategy
• Repurposing content across platforms
• Juggling deadlines
• Understanding Real Estate Content, or ready to learn
