Veterinary Technician Supervisor

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinary technicians and assistants
- Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and workflow
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Provide advanced technical support: anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and emergency care
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and industry standards
- Maintain inventory and oversee equipment maintenance
- Communicate clearly with doctors, staff, and clients
- Address team concerns, promote positive culture, and support continuous improvement
- Minimum 2–4 years of veterinary technician experience required
- Supervisory or lead tech experience preferred
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Solid technical skills in anesthesia, radiology, dentistry, and patient care
- Passion for mentorship, team development, and high-quality medicine
