We're seeking a driven, personable, and dependable Associate Dentist to join our thriving, family-oriented practice, located on Paramount Drive in Huntsville, AL. We are looking for someone to start part-time with the ability to grow to full-time.  This position does come with the ability for future partnership/ownership. Since opening in 2012, our office has built a loyal patient base and a reputation for exceptional care in a relaxed, team-focused environment.

Practice Highlights

• 7 operatories in a fully digital practice
• 50 new patients per month and consistent growth
• Annual production: $1.65M
• Technology: iTero, panoramic imaging, and all-digital systems
• Team: 3 experienced Hygienists

Position Details

• Schedule: Flexible, 2–4 days per week
• Compensation: Percentage of adjusted production
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and more
• Experience Preferred: Comprehensive general dentistry, including implant restorations
• Mentorship: Clinical and business development support from seasoned leadership
• Culture: Collaborative, relaxed, and long-standing team (most staff 2–7 years)
