DeNooyer Chevrolet is looking for a Sales Manager to lead from the front: coaching, motivating, and setting the tone for performance on the showroom floor and in our digital showroom. You don't need automotive experience to succeed here. Just a proven track record of leadership, ownership, and energy.

This isn't a behind-the-desk role. You'll be in the mix every day—desking deals, jumping into customer conversations, driving accountability, and elevating your team to reach their potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coaching and leading a team of sales consultants with daily one-on-ones and in-the-moment feedback
• Jumping into live deals to guide pricing, overcome objections, and close
• Monitoring lead activity and ensuring consistent follow-up across platforms
• Meeting with customers when needed to ensure a top-tier experience
• Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintaining high energy on the floor and being a culture-driver

Pay: $125, $150,000.00 per year
