Full Time Cooks

Frank & Roze is an elevated specialty cafe and hospitality brand known for scratch-made food, beautiful spaces, and warm, gracious service. Our Uptown location opens soon and will include a full cafe menu, expanded food offerings, a cocktail program, and a private-events component from intimate cocktail parties to seated dinners.

We are building a tight, talented back-of-house team and hiring experienced Cooks who are passionate about craft and care deeply about the guest experience.

Full-Time | Scratch Kitchen | Growth Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Execute prep, line cooking, breakfast/lunch service, and event production
• Work from established recipes and plating standards with precision
• Maintain mise en place, station organization, and clean-as-you-go practices
• Support private events ranging from cocktail receptions to seated dinners
• Communicate clearly with BOH leadership and help foster a positive kitchen culture

You thrive in this role if:

• You have solid professional kitchen experience (cafe, restaurant, banquet, or events)
• Scratch cooking is your passion & you care about quality and detail
• You work clean, stay organized, and maintain a calm presence under pressure
• You value teamwork, maturity, and doing things the right way
• You take pride in your craft and enjoy learning new techniques

You ll be a strong candidate if you have:

• 2+ years in a professional kitchen environment
• Experience with both la carte service and event production (preferred but not required)
• A reputation for reliability
