Associate Chiropractor

Job Summary
I am apart of a growing, comprehensive chiropractic clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized and evidence-based care. Our clinic offers a variety of modalities in longer, in-depth patient visits, allowing you to practice true, whole-body chiropractic care. As my practice continues to expand, I am looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Chiropractor to join my team.

I am seeking a part-time Associate Chiropractor to support my growing patient base and provide exceptional care. This role offers flexible hours and the potential to transition to full-time as the practice grows. You will be responsible for delivering chiropractic care across a variety of modalities, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the clinic. You will have the flexibility and space to deliver care in a way that aligns with your expertise and approach, with my mentorship and supportive guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and evaluation of medical histories
• Observe patient conditions and monitor responses to treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans targeting pain relief and functional improvement
• Manage acute pain through appropriate chiropractic techniques and therapies
• Perform manual adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other chiropractic interventions
• Utilize and be trained on the Shockwave therapy machine in-clinic as another treatment modality and income stream

Skills

• Proficiency in patient observation, assessment, and physical examinations
• Expertise in pain management, and acute/chronic pain treatment
• Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
• Compassionate approach with a focus on patient care and comfort
• Someone who is not only clinically skilled but also personable, approachable, and able to create a welcoming, positive environment for patients

The ideal candidate would be someone comfortable with modalities such as cupping, graston, trigger point therapy, MRT, exercise instruction etc. I would also encourage DC's who are licensed in Acupuncture to apply, because that would be a wonderful addition to the clinic.

Compensation will be commission-based only. I am more than happy to discuss what this will look like. There will be opportunities for increased compensation based on performance and achievement of clinical and practice growth goals.

Base Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
