About Our Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Oregon
• Massage Insured
• Skilled in deep tissue massage
• Proficient with SOAP notes
• Passionate about helping clients to feel their best
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
• Open to learning new techniques
• Mindful of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

• 60% commission rate
• $60 per 60-minute massage + tips
• $66 per 60-minute insurance massage + tips
• $80 per 90-minute massage + tips
• Pay increase after 1 year employment
• Bonuses
• Add-ons and product sales offer additional income opportunities
• Tax-deductible expenses, including CEU courses

Workload Options:

• Part-Time: 3 clients/day
• Full-Time: 5–6 clients/day
