Job Description: This sales role involves prospecting, cold-calling and closing deals with local preschools throughout the U.S .

Position Details:

  • Job Types: Full-time & Part-time available
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday
  • Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Part-time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST
  • Compensation: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, cold-call, and engage with local preschools across the U.S.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual demos to showcase our curriculum and solutions.
  • Effectively present, promote, and sell Learning Beyond Paper's products to new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with early childhood programs and decision-makers.
  • Manage and track sales activities using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer success.
  • Participate in in-person events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications

  • This role regularly supports Spanish-speaking childcare providers and families, so bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proven sales experience in B2B, technology, or education-related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos and handle cold calls effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize sales performance.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to helping early childhood programs thrive.
