We are looking for a
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
to design, build, and deploy ML systems that power our core intelligence and data-processing features. This role offers high ownership, technical depth, and the opportunity to shape the foundation of our ML architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and productionize ML models for data extraction, classification, and transformation.
• Build scalable data pipelines and training workflows for large, complex datasets.
• Improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability through experimentation and iteration.
• Partner closely with engineering and product to define ML requirements and deliver high-impact features.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of models: research, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Implement best practices for MLOps, versioning, automation, and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
• Experience building and maintaining production-level ML systems.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines, distributed systems, and model deployment.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, owning projects end-to-end.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data integration or ETL/ELT systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Airflow, MLflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Background in NLP, document processing, or structured data extraction.
