We are seeking a motivated
Entry-Level Electrical Engineer
to join our growing team in the
medical device industry
. This role supports the design, testing, and manufacturing of advanced medical devices, with exposure to
automation systems, embedded electronics, PCB development, and electromechanical components

Key Responsibilities

Electrical & Embedded Development

  • Assist in designing and testing
    analog and digital circuits
    , sensors, and power systems.
  • Support development and debugging of
    embedded systems
    (MCU-based designs, firmware testing, communication protocols).
  • Perform PCB layout reviews, testing, prototyping, and documentation.

Automation & Manufacturing Support

  • Work with cross-functional teams to support
    automation equipment
    , test fixtures, and production tools.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in automated systems (PLC, robotics, instrumentation).
  • Assist in creating
    electrical schematics
    , wiring diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.

Device Testing & Validation

  • Conduct electrical testing, verification, and validation of medical devices.
  • Execute test protocols, record results, and support root cause investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with
    FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 60601
    and other regulatory standards.

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Prepare design documentation, test reports, and engineering change orders (ECOs).
  • Collaborate with Mechanical, Quality, Software, and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Electrical Engineering
    , Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of basic circuit theory, sensors, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or SPICE
    (any is fine).
  • Basic knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters).
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with
    C/C++
    or
    Python
    for embedded or automation scripting.
  • Internship or project experience with
    medical devices
    , IoT, robotics, or electronics testing.
  • Exposure to industry standards like
    IEC 60601
    ,
    ISO 14971
    , or
    ISO 13485
    .
  • Hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, prototyping, or test fixture development.
