Experienced cabinet maker

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced cabinet maker with a strong background in woodworking and carpentry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fabricating, installing, and restoring cabinets and fixtures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires a solid understanding of construction processes and the ability to work collaboratively on various projects.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom cabinets and fixtures according to specifications and blueprints
• Install cabinets, doors, and other woodworking elements with precision
• Perform trim and frame carpentry tasks as needed
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
• Conduct restoration work, including water damage restoration and mold remediation
• Engage in construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Assist with concrete forming, plastering, siding, roofing, and flooring installation as required
• Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects and fixture installations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to project timelines

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in construction estimating and project planning
• Extensive experience in carpentry, including cabinet installation and door hanging
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques for materials handling
• Knowledge of various construction methods such as masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and tile laying
• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable
• Ability to operate CNC machinery for precise fabrication tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship
