Knowledge and Skills:

• Interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of other people.
• Calm demeanor to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders and recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, such as knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting, and dicing.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and accountability and develop and maintain positive working relationships with others each team member contributes to the restaurant's success.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 lbs without assistance.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurant/retail/hospitality is an asset.
