Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Train Team Members
• Run the store to operating procedures and standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Develop a great team
• Food preparation
• General cleaning & organization duties
• Delivering of customers orders if needed

Minimum Requirements and Expectations:

• A positive attitude
• Pizza Making Experience: Minimum 1 year
• 18 years of age or older
• Drivers license
• Registered and insured vehicle
• High school or equivalent
• Full Time

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and computer skills
• Great attitude and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and Team Members
