Job Description:
As the Administrative Assistant at Stern & Mauck, LLC, you will provide essential administrative support to our attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and organizing client files and documents
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating estate planning documents and preparing necessary legal documents
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a clean, organized workspace
- Providing general administrative support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
