What You'll Do:

· Design and expand autonomous AI infrastructures, encompassing server-side architecture, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning frameworks that power self-directed agents in business-critical applications

· Build sophisticated systems featuring multiple coordinated agents with emphasis on strategic planning, autonomous decision frameworks, and task execution using advanced large language models and modern AI methodologies

· Implement production-hardened agents with comprehensive testing frameworks, human oversight integration, safety mechanisms, and model refinement workflows

· Create developer tooling and frameworks that enable rapid prototyping, horizontal scaling, and performance tuning of agent behaviors across distributed computing environments

· Partner cross-functionally with product leadership, user experience teams, infrastructure specialists, and analytics professionals to translate business needs into technical implementations

· Monitor emerging research in autonomous and agentic artificial intelligence, incorporating breakthrough techniques to enhance platform capabilities and end-user value

· Apply extensive expertise in ML algorithms, transformer-based language models, and computational linguistics

What You Bring:

· 8+ years building software systems, training ML models, and leading technical initiatives

· Hands-on background deploying autonomous AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, and related assessment tools

· Expert-level Python development skills with deep knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, and container orchestration via Docker/Kubernetes

· Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges collaboratively while shipping production-grade, horizontally scalable solutions

· Published research or proven contributions in agentic AI domains

· Background implementing retrieval-augmented generation architectures, cross-modal AI models, and embedding LLMs within corporate software ecosystems

· Track record optimizing intelligent systems across dimensions including response time, scalability, operational reliability, and resource efficiency

· Expertise designing distributed architectures and coordinating multi-agent workflows
