Responsibilities:
* Provides physical therapy services to residents residing in an assisted living facility and at our outpatient clinic.
* Collaboration with an occupational therapy and speech therapy team
* Assessment and treatment of a variety of patients including orthopedic injuries, neuro rehab, dementia care and fall prevention.
* Assess for fall risk and balance impairments
* Experience in geriatrics and outpatient is preferred but will consider those interested in advancing their geriatric PT skills.
