Role Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our events division. In this role, you will join a team to sell stand space and sponsorship across a luxury interior design event. You will be responsible for closing business from both new and existing leads, contributing to the growth of our event. Key Responsibilities
Confidently sell stand space using a consultative sales approach. Conduct tele‑sales activities and confidently close sales via telephone, video calls, and face‑to‑face meetings at industry events. Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. Source and close new business opportunities independently. Assess competitive events and provide feedback to improve future strategies. Contact previous exhibitors and prospective companies to drive sales. Source relevant leads through magazines, online, networking and events. Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other CRM systems. Meet weekly activity levels and KPIs, including calls per week and sales targets. Willingly identify or suggest opportunities for brand growth and new revenue streams from dialogue with clients. Cross‑sell and up‑sell to grow customer account revenue. Provide feedback to event development teams throughout the sales cycle. What do I need?
Experience in event sales essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach. Strong ability to source and close new business opportunities. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively. Knowledge of the interiors sector is a plus but not essential.
